Emperor's New Groove 20th Anniversary Merch!

On shopdisney.com they have already started displaying some Emperor's New Groove 20th Anniversary merchandise! When released in theaters it was not a success but upon arriving in homes on VHS it quickly turned itself around.

Finding merchandise for this film has actually been rare. There were shirts and stuffed toys back around the movie's release, sure, but the rest of the time its has been maybe a pin here and there as far as I have seen. Links for each item will be featured with description.

The first piece of merch to display here will be the pin since it is the only thing that actually says flat out 20th Anniversary written in the red marker infamous from the film. Me personally this will be a must get this year since #1 I love me some pins and #2 Its Emperor's New Groove. The pin features Kuzco, Llama form, Pacha, Yzma, and of course Kronk.

Next up we have the Christmas ornament that is being released this year as well. Much like the pin, this is a limited edition item and it does place the 20 representing the anniversary on the ribbon in which to hang it up with. The ornament features Kronk and Yzma from the evil lair ride scene in the movie also a great moment.

Here are a set of t-shirts. the first one is using the art that was featured on the original VHS release. The next one is my favorite one of the shirts featuring Kuzcotopia! I love the design of this one and all the adverts across it.

Now we have a shirt featuring the gang shown on the pin earlier except Kuzco is in his human form.

The last one we have features the same group as all the other shirts but features Yzma in her lab gear and returns Kuzco to his llama form.

While all of these are great options I personally will be making a focus to get my hands on the Pin the Ornament and the Kuzcotopia shirt, but who knows we love Emperor's New Groove so much at our home it's likely we'll end up with even more given how hard it has been to find merch for this movie in the past. At least grab them up before the resellers do!
